Grand Parade, the name given to the two bridge-level suites and all the units above the bridge, including those in the round tower (they start at the 32nd floor and run up to the 43rd), is the centrepiece for Concord CityPlace's west neighbourhood. These three-level, 3,000-square-foot, bridge suites will sell for anywhere from $4-million to $5-million depending on the layouts and finishes chosen by the buyers. Standing distinctly apart from almost every other condominium on the market, the Grand Parade captures elements of the sleek elegance with its breathtaking design.
